Chevrolet BBC Chevy 396 Engine Pro Smooth Idle Stage 2 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Cam. Chevrolet big block V8 1967-95 396,402,427,454 C.I.  / 1969-90 366 ci. (Chain drive).  These cams are brand new in the box from the factory. Please look at the second picture for cam specs.
